For about 2 hours 30 minutes, enjoy an immersion in the 2 hectares of vineyards of the estate. The guided walk, accessible to all members of the group, takes you through a typical Roussillon landscape, with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. You'll encounter the sheep that help maintain the vineyard, learn about the estate's practices, and appreciate an environment rich in history, with the proximity of a characterful village and a 12th-century chapel.
After this nature break, it's time for a sharing moment around local flavors. You will participate in a food and wine pairing workshop featuring tapas made from fresh, seasonal products. Each pairing is designed to reveal the richness of the estate's cuvées, in a relaxed and accessible atmosphere, whether you are a connoisseur or a beginner.
The experience continues with a blind tasting, fun and unifying, perfect for creating memories among friends. The program includes 5 tapas and 5 cuvées to discover, including a vermouth, a white wine, a red, a rosé, and a vin doux naturel (VDN).
